The first Ajax fan shop opened its doors in the Amsterdam Arena more than 20 years ago. Ajax enlisted the help of Conclusion Experience to offer fans the perfect online shopping experience. Our 4net Interactive specialists started working on the complete visual redesign and interaction design of the webshop.
We followed an omnichannel strategy to create a seamless link between the physical fanstore and the webshop. For example, the new look and feel of the web shop is up-to-date, dynamic and in line with Ajax’s overall football feeling. - The customisation of shirts, one of Ajax’s most important products, is even easier thanks to the refined shirt configurator.
